Cookie Policy

Effective July 3, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Daily Grind Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, what choices you have, and how to change them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember information between page views — for example, that you have already responded to a cookie notice. Some cookies are set by us; others are set by third-party services we use, such as Google Analytics.

2. The Cookies We Use

We use a single category of non-essential cookie: Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 helps us understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. When you consent, GA4 sets cookies in your browser — primarily _ga and GA4-specific identifiers (for example _ga_<stream-id>) — which distinguish one visitor from another and remember the start of a session. These typically expire up to two years after your last visit.

We do not run advertising cookies, we do not use GA4 for ad personalization, and we do not sell your data.

3. Your Consent & the Cookie Banner

Analytics cookies are off by default. On your first visit, a small banner in the lower-left corner asks whether you accept Google Analytics. We use Google Consent Mode, which means that until you accept, Google Analytics runs without setting cookies (it sends anonymous, cookieless signals only). Nothing that identifies your browser is stored until you choose Accept.

  • Accept— we enable Google Analytics cookies and remember your choice so the banner does not appear again.
  • Decline— analytics cookies stay off, and we remember that choice so the banner does not appear again.

4. How to Change Your Choice

You can change your decision at any time:

  • Clear this site’s data.Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. Clearing site data for dailygrindmediapro.com (in your browser’s settings, usually under Privacy or Site Settings) resets it — the banner will appear again on your next visit so you can re-decide.
  • Block cookies in your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies globally or per site. Doing so also stops analytics cookies, though some sites may not function as intended.
  • Use Google’s opt-out. Google provides a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all sites: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our tools or the law change. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest revision.
