04 — FAQ

Common Questions

Are you FAA certified and insured?

Yes. All of our pilots hold active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certifications and we carry $1M in commercial aviation liability insurance on every flight. We also pull airspace authorizations in advance when required.

Can you fly in restricted airspace?

Yes, with advance notice. Many properties in Southern California sit in controlled airspace near airports. We pull LAANC authorizations and file flight plans so legal issues never delay your shoot.

What weather conditions will ground a flight?

Sustained winds above 25 mph, rain, and low visibility ground flights for safety. If weather forces a reschedule, we move the shoot at no additional charge.
